Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.  Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

-Split Shipments

Items within the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and fulfillment location.

-Tracking

Tracking details will be provided when available.  Some shipping methods or destinations may not support full end-to-end tracking.

-Customs & Import Fees

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country or jurisdiction.

-Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

-Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
