-Where do you ship from?

We Work with trusted global suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver products directly to your doorstep.

-When will my order arrive?

Processing usually takes 1-3 business days.  Delivery times vary by country but most orders arrive within 7-15 business days.  Weather, delays with shipping carriers, geo-political issues, and/or unknown factors may affect shipping times causing products to arrive after estimated delivery time.

-What happens if my package is delayed?

Occasionally shipping carriers experience delays.  If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll help investigate.

-Can I return an item?

We do not accept returns.  All sales are final.

-My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement.

-Is checkout secure?

Yes - all payments are encrypted and securely processed.
