Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved cases may qualify for replacement item.  We do not accept returns.  Products will not be replaced due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing ordered by the customer, delays caused by shipping carriers, or minor variations in color or packaging.

Fraudulent claims will result in immediate ban.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.  Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please allow 5-10 business days for claim review and processing.
